This casserole dish was made with both wheel-thrown and hand-built parts. Made with white stoneware clay and glazed with matte black outside and shiny white inside. It's oval in shape and has handles on each end for easy grip. It would be great for serving or cooking up a small meal for two. What a great housewarming gift or for someone who loves to cook or entertain.
