It's been rainy the past couple of days and I have to say, it has zapped my energy as well as my creativity. I was in the studio for just a little while finishing up a couple pots that I started yesterday. And threw one out that was crap. :) I've been doing a lot of glaze testing recently and have found some really lovely combinations that I'm excited to use on some pots. Once my energy returns, I am sure that I will be posting lots of my successes in the next few weeks. On another note, I will be having spine surgery on November 10th to fix my spinal stenosis in c5/6 and c6/7. I will be happy to have this done because it has been increasingly causing me pain and discomfort. Doctor says pretty fast recovery which I am really happy about. Especially since my shoulder surgery last year took a very long time to heal and become pain free. Here are a couple of things I have been working on recently...
